Oximic Plus LA

Broad spectrum antibiotic – Anti-inflammatory

Formula:

Each 100 mL contains:

Oxytetracycline hydrochloride 20 g

Sodium diclofenac 0.5 g

Excipients q.s.ad. 100 mL

Indications:

Oximic Plus LA is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to the action of Oxytetracycline and as an anti-inflammatory in bovines, sheep, goats and swine.

It has activity on Gram positive, Gram negative bacteria, Micro-plasmas, Chlamydiae, Rickettsiae and some Protozoa and Pathogen Fungi.

Withdrawal period:

Meat: 28 days.

Not recommended to be used in lactating animals.

Route of administration:

Bovine, ovine, caprine and swine= deep intramuscular injection.

Piglets = subcutaneous injection.

Dosage:

1 mL every 10 kg of l.w. (equivalent to 200 mg Oxytetracycline hydrochloride and 5 mg Sodium Diclofenac)
