Formula:

Estradiol Benzoate 0.10 g

Excipients q.s.ad. 100 mL

Indications:

Hormonal, indicated in induction and synchronization of heat, postpartum anesthesia, silent jealousy, as part of artificial insemination protocols in combination with progestogens and prostaglandins or when a therapeutic estrogenic effect is required (metritis, placental retention, pyrethrum, etc). In the programs of artificial insemination in fixed-time, as a complement to the use of intravaginal devices, both at the time of its application or the withdrawal of pampering.

Bovine (cows and heifers)

Withdrawal period:

Not required.

Route of administration and dosage:

Parenteral route, IM, applying the aseptic measures necessary for the administration of injectables.

Each ml contains 1 mg of estradiol benzoate.

Recommended doses:

Postpartum anesthesia 1 ml after administration of the progestin.

Synchronization of jealousy 2 ml / animal before the use of the progestogen and 1 ml after the use of the progestogen.

Placental retention 5 to 10 ml / animal. Silent heat 2 ml before the use of progestogen.
